1. SMS Messaging Program
The Cherrywine Digital Inc. SMS program is intended exclusively for communications with individuals who have directly requested information about our professional creator services or who have submitted a creator inquiry, consultation request, or application.
Messages may include:
- Consultation scheduling
- Inquiry follow-ups
- Application updates
- Onboarding communications
- Document reminders
- Appointment reminders
- Other service-related communications
The SMS program will not be used to send or promote adult content, sexually explicit material, sexual services, explicit images or videos, or links to adult material.
Message frequency varies and will not normally exceed four messages per month, excluding direct responses initiated by the recipient. Message and data rates may apply.
Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchase.

Wireless carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages.

We do not send adult, sexually explicit, NSFW, obscene, or age-restricted content through SMS.
