1. SMS Messaging Program
Cherrywine Digital Inc. sends service-related SMS messages only to users who affirmatively select the optional SMS consent checkbox on the applicable website form.
Messages may relate to professional service inquiries, consultation scheduling, onboarding, document requests, account support and service updates.
Providing a telephone number alone does not enroll a user in the SMS program. Consent is optional and is not a condition of purchasing or receiving services.
Message frequency varies and will generally not exceed four messages per month, excluding direct responses initiated by the recipient. Message and data rates may apply.
Users may reply STOP at any time to unsubscribe. After opting out, the user may receive one final confirmation message. Users may reply HELP for assistance or contact Cherrywine Digital Inc. at info@cherrywine.net.
Wireless carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages.
SMS is limited to the professional service communications described above.
2. Consent to Receive Messages
By affirmatively selecting the optional SMS consent checkbox, the user confirms that they are the owner or authorized user of the telephone number provided and agrees to receive the service-related messages described in the applicable disclosure. Merely providing a telephone number does not constitute consent to receive recurring SMS messages.
